Hello Friends, i am newbie in to cloud mining, (moderator please move this post if it is necesary). Ok, i experienced the following situation and i dont know how to solve it, i open an account in btcprominer.life, and left it mining, but a few days ago, i recomend my wife to do so too. After a few weeks, when i try to withdraw my first 500000 satoshis, a killer message was shown, where explain that as i have two accounts with the same ip there are no possibilities to make a withdraw. So now i have almost 1millon satoshis i my account and 900000 in my wifes one, but i can do no withdraw. I need to save al least one of my accounts, can you know how can i do that? how can i fix this issue?
Support in both websites are not responding me.
Any Help please!!
