OP is obviously tired of seeing broken english apparently everywhere.

Honestly I think if they get their point across despite the broken english and you have a sense of whats going on, they did their job. And OP you should offer english lessons for btc on this forum lol.

I think the best way to improve you English skills id to talk in this language. For example, I do this way. I'm Russian and I can talk English a bit and communication with friends whom I meet over the worl helps me a lot. But it's a little bit funny that I understand people who's native language is not English much better than English native speakers.

Improving English skills is not easy if you were purely new to the language. So continued usage in communication and other activities help you improve your English. It needs at least several months time to be perfect.

I did not understand where do you get it?
my native language is Portuguese and speak little English, use a translator to write in English.
About spam've seen a lot of discussion on this subject and to be honest not worry much about it. Just put my humble ideas and history.
