I kind of like you CryptyMike because your brain is full of many good ideas.
Keep it up.

Thanks, getting a lot of projects together currently.

Project that is furthest in development is my trading algo site...if you're on twitter say hey: https://twitter.com/CryptyMike

I have been seeing some of your thread lately but I will like you to lock some of your threads and leave just 2 or 3 open and get them completed faster.

Hi!

Just curious on thoughts. I might pursue this. Might not since I have a lot on my plate.

I like forums like Bitcointalk, but the quality has been controversial lately. I want to create a hub where people can learn, connect with each other for projects, and speculate just like they do here, but there are ways to make it more similar to a modern social media site.

How so?...

1. There can be a forum section just like this, where you can browse and "follow" specific topics or threads.
    - The point of following is similar to there reason you can watch or comment here. So when someone else comments, there is an update to the thread you get notified. But, there will be a home button - where there is a live "news feed" similar to facebook or twitter

    -  The news feed shows updates and new comments to the topics/threads you follow, as well as comments, or posts that your "friends" create. It will show specific comments too, not just that you missed a reply to a thread you commented on like here. So the news feed will be quick and easy to understand.
    -   You can also follow people, dont HAVE to be friends with them to see stuff on your timeline.
    -   Also, would be cool to not have as many "user names" but somewhat real names like facebook...idk how I feel about that though. I think this will attract a different, better type of audience.

2. You can friend people to track what they say, if you feel they give solid advice, or bring up interesting points. They will show up in your news feed. There will also be a live chat feature like facebook on the side that you can use to chat directly.

3. There can be "higher level" bitcoiners that have 1 BTC +. And the website knows this via proof...they send 1 BTC and we spit it back right away to them. Those users can have access to different things and other users know they have 1+ BTC. Evidnently, so many people here have 0-.0001 BTC which can be another source for scams and people begging for satoshis.

4. No promotion of silly altcoins. Still plenty, maybe top 50. But not 1000s or something.

End random idea rant. lol
