Yes it is true.
BitDefender is one of Romania's excellent antivirus providers in virus detection. In the AV-Test review, BitDefender detected about 97% more viruses tested, which is about 1.3 million more. This detection is less than 2% of Avira. However, on Avira, Avira does not detect any Hack Tool and the Back Door's detection program is also small. At BitDefender almost 100% potential Hack Tool and Back Door programs can be detected, including Patches for BitDefender that I (SM2) use.
