"Moderate rebels" already admitted, that bombing was their doing. They were killing evacuees from minority shia villages. Hilariously, truce that preceded bombings was made. Shia leave villages besieged by "moderates" and government will let jihadist leave Daryaa unharmed.
If I was Syrian, I would publicly kill one imprisoned jihadist for every woman and child killed while "democratic opposition" promised cease fire. But that is just me... I am sure western liberals would cry for the scum.
As the news of the attack on Shiite refugees from Foua and Kefraya came out, the Russian forces surrounded the Sunni evacuees from Madayya and gave them protection to prevent any revenge attacks. Else, there could have been a bloodbath.
