I deposited some TRC 3 days ago and they haven't appeared, neither have some FTC I deposited two days ago. They don't seem to answer support calls.

they closed one
and the other still pending
they see the ticket but they dont reply

Cryptsy are notorious for providing bad customer service, persist with contacting them and it should be processed.

i've a big problem with cryptsy
i cant make new orders in the site
and i have 12 btc pending withdrawal
i've submit a ticket and the ticket " Being Processed since last 4 days 6 hrs"
no one answer !
i added another ticket asking where is the answer .. they just closed it without answer
every day i have to check the ticket and the cryptsy more than ten times .. and i found nothing
cryptsy made me loosing in trading .. and i do nothing with my coins
no one care ! who should care ? what should i do to make them answer me ?
