I guess its best that you contact someone to do that and I agree with sukamasoto, roslinpl is a well known good designer here you can try to contact him if he's available for this job.

How much is standard for an announcement thread design? Including images/ text and some amazing captivating writing?
Also for this is it best to do a competition or simply ask someone to do it. Its a lot of work I guess so hessitant to make it a competition. But then again.....
