I'm running good after 37 trades.  Cheesy

Did some research, they are FSA regulated in the UK. They don't accept US traders.

It depends on whether you see all trading as gambling. They are regulated as brokers and not as casinos/bookmakers.
Just like any other gambling site they earn their money from the spread between the odds (buy and sell rate), and you're not allowed to undercut them and pocket the difference. For any proper broker you would be encouraged to do this, because they earn their money from the fees, and they earn more if you trade more. You also have to pay to keep them over night, so either way you have to pay the spread fee or the nightly fee. Basically they are stacking the odds in the favor of the house no matter what you do, just like a gambling site. They are not brokering anything, only selling their own product.

And it's not gambling it's CFDs (Contracts For Difference).
What's the difference?

It depends on whether you see all trading as gambling. They are regulated as brokers and not as casinos/bookmakers.

It's not gambling for EUR/USD or GBP/USD or JPY/USD or GOLD/USD but for bitcoin/USD it is.
With 25 usd and a levarage, with such high spread you will lose everything within 10 minutes if the market start going in the wrong way. Roll Eyes

+ bitcoin market is not stable. And you can't use any analysis on this one, except coin flip (?).

More like gambling than trading actually. And without any deposit, what do you expect to do with 25 usd? I don't even let you 2 hours to lose it all Smiley

sorry, non-Frenchman here. By official, you mean, government passed a law or something?
Look like it's possible to trade Bitcoin with 4:1 leverage on a french forex website. I don't think it's possible to cash them out, more like paper bitcoins... The website is reguled by the FSA. (the article don't mention which one.)
