Reading that thread it says he is a long time user around the forum who is a collector.
According to other users who are close to him he helped a lot of people around the forum specifically on Collectibles board. He manage meetups/events and even go to a different country to meet-up other people.

as the title says . i kept seeing those text from certain users around the forum . what i am missing out ? who is zepher ? is he died ?
