It does not have to be a hacked account just because they have not been active for 6 years. Coming back and making one of the first posts in a loan thread seems normal, for they may have needed the funding and did not remember about the account here until now. There is no password or email change. The issue is that they have no collateral for this loan. Then they are not responding to the loan information requests. Will probably be red tagged soon.

It's surely an hacked account. If you look closer on his post history, there's a 6 years gap between his post in here and the previous one he made.

Watchout with OP, if you look carefully about the age of his account, it was created in 2010 back then. Highly possible if that's a hacked account and he using that for asking a loan on here.
Where are you from?? I am not willing to fill this loan, but if you are in the right area, there is a chance I can send you to someone who would be willing to do this loan for you. If you are not in a good area to meet someone in person, then I suggest you post some sort of collateral here in order to get funded.

A picture of your passport is worth exactly zero to anyone. Even if you were my next door neighbor, it would be useless. Better luck next time.
