Activities are added to your profile on each 14th day if you are active in those 14 days. Irrespective of your post count you will get one activity per day and there should be one post per day. However, you won't see activity points changing every day.

There is no other way to add activities in your account.

I think there is no problem with that,it will going to update as soon as you reach the 30post and 30activity.
Your question is not clear. But I can understand your problem. You can get maximum 14 activities per 2 weeks. Moderators will update your activities after next 2 weeks. Please be patient and keep waiting.
hey guys, im rather new here and eould like your help, iv been posting in the forum for a while now nd iv surpassed 30posts, yet my activities dont taly and state of account has not changed, what could be the problem, i think my account should be a junior member now
No problem here. You will gain a maximum of 14 activity per two weeks period as long as you have enough posts. In your current case, you have the posts but the activity reset didn't occur yet.
