4-6 are already happening but i think meuh6879 is talking about gneral public, wide scale access to bitcoins. as for 7 i would not say governments, but local townhalls/councils/local authorities will offer crypto.. research "new hampshire project" and "Hullcoin" for examples of what i call local authority access to coin

work in the computer tech niche, and in similar manner the people today gets things like gold or stock markets, bybanks and others recognized financial institutions.

The face to face selling has risks, like you being robbed by the other part during the meeting, or some police officer nearby thinking its some kind kind of drug deal

probably all of the above.   I doubt there will be a large percentage of people getting paid their salaries in BTC.   Maybe a lot of tech companies will implement this, but I don't see the masses getting their checks in BTC.

BTC would be a good form of payment for people who work "under the table" as well.

Ten years from now when BTC usage is approaching its asymptote, how will users obtain BTC?

Salary?
ATM?
Mining?
Selling services?
Selling products?
Exchanges?
Selling high, buying low?
"Face-to-face" (including marketplaces like localbitcoins)?
ETF?

buy buying a miner.  pretty soon they will be included in people's houses like a fireplace
