INCOCHAIN will require all laws be abided by local, country, and international regulations and laws, what will be private will remain private, what is required by consulates and agencies for import and export, as it stands currently will be required. We hope to work with consulates and customs agencies to bring efficiency and transparency, as things currently stand, but do so via blockchain, not electronic data interchange.
INCOCHAIN is set to be a dashboard system between buyer and seller or professional third parties, yet will work via smart contracts and will compare hard currencies and cryptocurrencies in live time cost comparison. Due to regulatory requirements of hard currencies, this will prove to be difficult for blockchain without initial funding for this purpose. I hope that answers your question. It's not just a ledger, it's for booking freight between buyer and seller via standardized incoterms, which clearly define the risks and obligations of both the buyer and the seller.

Is Inochain like the UK's proposed distributed ledger that records everything, from government transactions to other sectors all transactions are recorded and the datas are available to all sectors hence making laws and other bills much easier since statistical datas are available online.

Or possibly is this an online ledger or record book that has software programs that has forms in it and automatically records all movement in a business. I don know how it works really but Ill check it If I have time.

INCOCHAIN

INCOCHAIN is a project that is creating smart contracts for world trade. The combination of existing incoterms, or standardized international commercial terms, smart contracts and blockchain technology is where we are taking the industry - to completely paperless and mobile applications.
Be it import or export, air, ocean, rail, or trucking, there is a lot of paperwork. This project clearly defines the obligations and risks of buyers and sellers and offers a dashboard system in a decentralized manner yet it can be utilized cross sector, be it international and maritime law, cargo insurance, banking and accounting, customs and government (including duties and taxes), warehousing, and transportation sectors.
Prototypes include:  Live Time Cost Calculator (hard currencies and crypto via oraclizing),  Prototype of short stack of incoterms, (i e INCOCHAIN Smart EXW),  INCOCHAIN block explorer (for tracking and tracing shipments on blockchain)

Our project is unfunded but we think we can find the market but hope to pay developers as it will require many. We hope to find some advice along the way, partners, developers and financing in order to advance and do it right.

We also hope to work with other camps and work in separate but equal capacity in order to create synergy yet to avoid any conflicts that can come from many angles. But with the right team and synergy, anything is possible.
