Hey Guys …

Sooo …
I think I have no chance to restore  Cry Undecided
Exodus, Electrum or Sparrow cant work with the 12-word phrase
and to import the private key from the three years old Incognito backup
in Electrum or Sparrow doesnt work (f.e. Legacy Adress Sweep)
If you have a 12 word seed phrase, you have to make sure that before restoring your wallet you select the option "BIP39 seed" in Electrum:

This is because Electrum doesn't use BIP39 to generate new seeds[1] as they believe it is not safe but you are still able to import them.

But I think in this case it’s a problem with the old Incognito private keys starting
with 112 / 113 and not with 3 or bc1 (later created backups will start with 3!)
and than I think it would be easy to import the keys!
I believe you are mixing up the concept of private keys and Bitcoin addresses. When you have a string that starts with 3 it means its a Script address (P2SH[2]) and when it starts with bc1 it means it is a SegWit address (P2WPKH [3]). On the other hand you have private keys that have a totally different appearance - you can read more about private keys here[4].

I have still coins on the Incognito Wallet, does anyone have informations how i can recover the wallet ? I have the secret keys and everything.
By saying "secret keys" you are referring to your seed phrase? If so you can follow the same method that noname is doing in order to have your bitcoin restored. Put it simply : Open Electrum -> Select "Create New Wallet" -> Name it and then click "Next" -> Click "Standard Wallet" -> Click "I already have a key". Follow the steps I mentioned to noname and you're done.

Last chance (I cant do this!)  would be to modify the APK

Where did you try to restore your wallet with the seed phrase in question?

I try Exodus

One of their staff members [aaron] mentioned you can "use these private keys individually", so to access your Bitcoin funds you can try importing them into Electrum: Importing your private keys into Electrum
Note: [GUIDE] How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum [Guide]

Ok I will try this way …

Thanks

This might probably the single most worst event in my life so far. Wtf does sunsetting mean? Gone forever?
Yep. Gone forever

The described their app as the "incognito wallet" ... so I thought it was a wallet not an exchange. You get a seed phrase and everything for it. There is an exchange function on the wallet itself, but I thought my funds were safe. Of course, I think I'm the biggest retard on the planet, because I had a small feeling that maybe I shouldn't keep most of my bitcoin on there... but it had good reviews on google play store, I couldn't really find examples of anyone getting scammed...
Their intention may not have been to scam, but the bad thing is probably you not being able to import the wallets because their seeds phrases are not BIP compliant.

You should have known this when considering them over electrum and the likes.

Sorry about the bad ordeal.

I've still got some minor hope that "sunsetting" doesn't mean what I think it means.
Unfortunately, for this specific case, it's exactly what you think [sorry to be the bearer of bad news].

The described their app as the "incognito wallet" ... so I thought it was a wallet not an exchange.
Initially, I was also confused about these parts [when cross-checking stuff to connect the dots], but they were a little bit of everything.

I mean technically I haven't tried putting the seed phrase into any other type of wallet. But... from what I've looked up, it was their own like thing.
I have the same feeling, but I noticed they introduced an "HD wallet feature" back in 2021, so perhaps there might be a small chance of restoring your wallet with that seed phrase [having said that, you shouldn't build your hopes up (sorry)].

Does anyone know anything about what's going on? Or have their contact info?

The wallet itself, and their website, seem to be unreachable.
I did some digging and it appears that apart from their "subreddit", they've deleted everything else... Unfortunately, there was an announcement a month ago that they'll halt its operation after 30 days [I hope you didn't have any assets on Incognito]:

...  And it's in large part the fault of the US gov. If not for their damned eye of Sauron type obsession with not allowing privacy I wouldn't have just stuck with electrum or exodus or some other regular standard wallet. My god, heaven forbid someone wants bitcoin to act as digital cash.

I'm in so much pain right now. I saw your replies earlier. I didn't have the composure till now to reply. I've still got some minor hope that "sunsetting" doesn't mean what I think it means. It's so unfair too because I only saw that post not too long after the last day expired. I didn't think to check every so often.  Checking stuff within every month? 30 days is nothing. It's so painful because I can't even talk to anyone about it. It's like a few years off my life that I worked for nothing.

I mean technically I haven't tried putting the seed phrase into any other type of wallet. But... from what I've looked up, it was their own like thing. So I don't think it's savable or will work, I'll see about . I'll wait and see and try to figure things out before hand before I do anything drastic. Just telling myself maybe there is a way out of the nightmare here.
