I think that converting it into shares and others would be appropriate for this, but there is nothing in the blockchain that can be presented to you.
The concept of "tokenization" was tested in Binance when it placed real stock with tokens whose price is derived from the price of some shares, but it was not a successful experiment and had to cancel them quickly.

realt is a good example that this model can work. has been working for a long time, he is not one of the "take the money and run away" stories.

Maybe you should check https://realt.co/ and see how a similar matter has already been resolved.
you will surely be able to draw some guidelines.
Why do I get an error message when I try to access that site? 403 Forbidden Huh

It's working fine on me. Tried with different browsers, there is no problem.

I own rental properties that generate $300k per an.
Im interested in tokenizing 25% of the companies that own the properties.
The investors have a share in any capital gains and get a monthly return from the rental income
Ive owned the properties for over 10 years Ive been retired now for 10 years
I dont want to sell them but Im looking at ways to expand on the concept without dealing with banks.

Thats why Im interested in finding out peoples views on the idea.

I read an article that suggested to write in to the forum.
