To speedup restoring. When delete my blocks from my hard disk and after time I wanna init client again.

you could use this one: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/download-the-blockchain-here-updated-regularly-1310261 instead of keeping tracks of the blocks yourself...

I want make backup of blockchain on BluRay discs; packed by 7zip to 66%.
First backup I can do easy, but how backup only new files after some months?

The blocks are sequential... When a new blk00xxx.dat is generated, you can just archive the previous one.
That being said, is there a reason why you would want to backup the blockchain on blueray?
