Were you really too lazy to do it in Png format without a background? Or is this the concept of your logo?
It stands out strongly against the background of the rest of the site's design, and personally, as a perfectionist, it brings me a lot of pain...

You should extend support through different social media channels as well. It's very important in case let's say your website faces a downtime. Clients won't be able to use your internal ticketing system or livechat support to urgently inquire about something or even try to know what's going on. Otherwise, thanks for the response.

Apart from some sellers who only care about profits, the main issue is finding a seller who isn't pretending to be a legitimate one... Most of those who purchase scripts to run such businesses, tend to scam their users after a certain period has passed ^{[FWIW, I'm not accusing you of being one of them (yet)]}.

This can be considered as a loophole if someone keeps making <$50 orders.

Again, I want to know how your project plan to expand the p2p service because I believe it's not only limited to indians rather some other people I mean, other countries would trade on their p2p service that would be provided on that exchange.

1. Yes, the domain is new. Are you suggesting I should consider purchasing an aged domain for my new business instead?
2. Correct, we chose to buy the script rather than building everything from scratch.
3. We’ll be adding links to Telegram and X  shortly.
4. We're using tawk.to because it's free and meets our needs effectively.
5. If it's so easy to purchase a script and run a business like this, why aren’t there more legitimate sellers catering to small-scale buyers?

Our main goal is to simplify the process for small buyers who want to spend between $20 and $200. We aim to make the experience as hassle-free as possible.

To start a reputed business, you should start building from scratch if possible. If you cannot, then modify the website as much as possible to make it professional.

There is nothing in your contact section. No information at all. The social media links redirect to Google sometimes, and sometimes to these platforms' home pages. I assume it is incomplete. I also noticed you guys are using https://www.tawk.to/ to provide live support chat which is free.
