The "Entrepreneur" should at least announce it public that he has come with such a currency, also I feel there must be an exchange and they should hold either a giveaway or come out with a decentralized exchange where people won't be able to get traced.

"has seen its market cap already hit the US$1 billion mark"

Anyone know if this is true? Where is it traded?

I hate to sound negative, but the rhetoric is classic scam: foundation, huge returns, pegged price, the world's unbanked, zero transaction costs, you 'donate' to the Foundation to get your Trests, not simply stating that it is a crypto (isn't it?) -- and the last section of the article quoted here is kissbutt doublespeak.

Will anyone co-operate to ring a couple of the merchants listed in their nation? and see what we can see? There are several listed here in Australia, and I will contact one tomorrow.

An Indian entrepreneur, Kunal Dixit, has launched the Android application of a new currency ecosystem based on a new decentralised cryptocurrency called ‘Trest’. Trest will be traded over a decentralised peer-to-peer network called Trestor network (T-Net). It already has over 220 retail partners on board along with a presence in 51 countries, Dixit claims.
