Hi Guys,

Indian exchange CoinCDX launched #DCXTradingLeague– India’s largest crypto trading league where 20 coins will be launched in 20 straight days!

Is crypto to crypto trading available at this exchange? When it would be fully functional?

Govt or RBI has not declared crypto or crypto trading illegal. They are just not backing it and they don't want it in the country because of chances of money laundering. If the banking services will be stopped to indian exchanges, then they will run only crypto to crypto trading just like Binance  and other big international exchanges.

As you are aware that RBI have given strict instructions to exchanges to close down the services as they have given instruction to bank to close down the bank accounts of the users who are dealing in cryptocurrency. So whether the said exchange is legal as how can they operate when government have declared cryptocurrency trading as illegal and who ever is doing is doing at his own risk.

Correct, How new exchange get license for allowing crypto trading. There are more than 10 exchanges in India and one the time limit of that guideline will be over, how these exchange will survive?

Since other sites are still running so you have created your exchange then it is you biggest mistake because you would have spent money on developing, site, server, employees fees, office space etc and other sites already existed from years now. SO even if they have to close now they would have earned money and you will end up in a loss only.

If you can find me any documents that the government declared that trading cryptocurrency is illegal that would be great so that because there is none from the authorities  Tongue , the only thing is that the RBI asked the banks to stop dealing with the crypto exchanges and has given a dead line which is being challenged in court and the verdict will be heard in court by next month. There is no rules at present in India on how these exchanges are treated and until they pass some laws it is a grey area but it does not mean it is illegal.
