I guess I am failing to see where the "investment" opportunity is

How much are you looking to raise, your team info, your previous work etc

This might be better suited for Kickstarter

I think so, all information in those website is not enough.
Even in https://www.bitcoinatmproject.com/project doesn't mentioned about how much investors will get in return.
This CCO token will be listed on exchanges or just a token to get share profit? You need to create a whitepaper obviously.
3000 bitcoin ATM which require between $20,400,000 and $43,500,000 seems impossible to achieved for now.

Indiegogo campaign

Just letting everyone know to help boost awareness of the campaign! Raising funds to purchase 200 Bitcoin ATMs. Side project as part of the Bitcoin ATM Project. What do you think?

What an idiotic idea Grin What do you eat for meals that these types of idea pop up in your brain?
You are going to start a business, and you expect people to fund you for that! What impact will the bitcoins ATMs have on society apart from filling your wallet with commissions? By the way, have yo ever successfully installed any ATM anywhere which you can show proof of?

It' not people's duty to help someone to purchase ATM. Why? Have I to care about that? Someone will do ATM on his/her own with some fees of course. How will exchange happen, what will be fees of ATMs bought by people?Who will care about electricity costs?
Read some things on that websote, 4.5% fee is very high, I prefer to buy xapo and withdraw bitcoins by card from any ATM worldwide with fixed low fee.

The project make no much sense to me. You are targeting bitcoiners while Indiegogo don't accept bitcoin and what you are trying to achieve here is to simply collect funds and buy ATMs? It's something literally anybody could do. In fact, the chances that you will get any money are low (If not zero) compared to If a bitcoin core developer or other public figure decide to do the same thing. If you could get in touch with someone known within the community to hold the funds in escrow and manage them to buy later, then you could achieve your goal because trust is needed here.
