Obviously scam! First, the website logo is same as cex.io logo and there's no information about their company and team.
Your account is deliberately filled with a deposit so that you trade on that website, I'm sure your balance is just virtual, you won't be able to withdraw it unless you deposit your money there. this scheme is gaining in popularity now to attract people to get caught up in scams.
