Another year has passed and I have received no new information.
Being that, I will prepare an auction for the prints after the upcoming BTC 2023 conference in Miami.

If anyone has new/more information/ideas until then, please post Cheesy

Can I inquire as to what attempts have been made to contact his family?  Just wondering if I can help is all.  Much of our conversations were done via privnote but I do have his mailing address and I'm sure I could dig up his email address.  Not sure if that is helpful at all, but I would love to see his family get any funds owed to him if at all possible.  Let me know if you've tried physically mailing his family, or if you'd like to compare information to see if there may still be a way to contact his family.  I would be happy to send a letter to the address I have and see if there is any response.  Feel free to contact me if you're at all interested in my help.  TECSHARE was a good guy who was treated unfairly on these forums and got the short end of the stick as a result of a few bad apples.  I'd love to know that his family continues to receive blessings after his passing from his efforts.

I only communicated with people who knew him via some gaming forums.  One person claimed to know him personally, and I asked him to pass my contact info onto the family.  I never got a response.  Another person also claimed to have his primary email address.  I asked that person to send an email to that address with my contact info in hopes that the family was monitoring the account.  Again, no response.  It's been over a year since I've communicated with anyone on the subject.

If you have TecShare's mailing address, I would encourage you to send a snail mail letter.  Hopefully that will lead to contact with the family.

The Stone the masons rejected was the cornerstone.
If all attempts have failed, then I think its a good idea. I will be a bidder for sure. But lets hope OGNasty finds them first.

Well, being that it was my idea to donate to T2T it'll obviously have my support.  I've sent them an email asking if they will accept donations in bitcoin.  @minerjones, I hope you don't mind, I cc'd you on the email.

I ran in the tunnels to towers charity event last year, and if you're looking for a veterans charity I would be hard pressed to suggest an alternative. Great initiative MJ!

About 2 years ago, user TECSHARE and I had come to an agreement to sell his "What is Bitcoin?" Series 1 posters produced by nubbins
Here is the thread he created: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/what-is-bitcoin-silkscreen-posters-from-2014-limited-numbered-signed-run-5248897
Before any posters sold, TECSHARE passed on: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tecshare-farewell-my-friend-5319417
Efforts were made to contact their family but nothing ever came of it.
I chatted with a user who made a good suggestion:

I was not able to connect with the TecShare's family, and I did try through a couple of avenues.  I'm sure TecShare is proud of himself for keeping his identity as secure as he did, lol.

I recall you mentioning that you have some of his collectables that he asked you to sell for him.  I don't want to claim to have known TecShare well, but I figure I knew him well enough to suggest a charity for the donation of the proceeds.  He would probably approve if it were donated to a Veteran's organization.  One that I've donated to and comes to mind is Tunnel to Towers.  They pay off the mortgages of disabled veterans and first responders, or their survivors.  I'm 99.999% certain TecShare would approve.

Wanted to ask the community what they think?
Is this the correct way to handle this?
Are there other charities or a better way to donate?

Thanks Cheesy
