The "TA" I know is usually used for "technical analysis" but if you say its trend then it could be trend. I just seen it plastered here many times for technical purposes instead of Trend, and if I was reading it all wrong then I would laugh at myself a lot Cheesy.

Aside from that I agree with dochah that we need to have a lot more if we gonna use an infographic as a stepping stone to teach new (and even some veteran) traders what means what. This could actually work wonders considering you can actually plaster this whenever there is a discussion about what means which etc in any topic at any time.

I would love to save it to my PC and then use it whenever there is a topic about "what does x mean" or whatever and just plaster all of this together to help people out.

Nice infographics. Well detailed. Op could try to split the general terms like BTC, Altcoin, etc to Market terms such as bear, bull, dead cat bounce, etc. It'll be a lot easier for readers since it is categorized on each of its specialization instead. You can also add mining terms such as hash, node etc and such.
Overall though, great job.

Great infographic!

But I think bear and bull are not "someone". I prefer them as market sentiments or market seasons in which prices are rising or falling. They are basically part of the cycle of financial markets, whether it is crypto, stocks, or forex.

Some terms should be added. HODL, FUD, moon, and rekt have been suggested already. They are also trading terms. I also suggest FOMO. That is also one of the terms used by traders when there is panic buying out of the fear that they might miss the ride.

Nice infographic with pleasing colors.
However i feel it lacking as it fails to discuss the following terms which are of equal importance in the crypto scene:

1. HODL - to hold coin/crypto
2. FUD - fear uncertainty doubt
3. moon - when crypto value rises
4. rekt - when a trader is liquidated

Thanks for this. Will definitely consider adding these. It's actualy my first time to hear of FUD. Thanks.

My first time seeing the words "Initial Token Offering". Is this a new thing or it's been here with us for a while? I thought initial coin offering is a general term for both cryptocurrencies and tokens.
Nice inforgraph by the way.

ITO is just the same with ICO (initial coin offering), and this term has long been common in the crypto sphere.

You have hard cap term? where is the soft cap? Actually I was looking on technical terms, you can probably create a new one for beginners term regarding that TA I think that would be great.

How about crypto lingo beginners version? Anyways, thank you for creating this one, I'm sure that beginners and experience traders will definitely appreciate your efforts putting this one.

We created an infographic enumerating some of the basic terms in crypto trading every beginner (and long-time members) in the field should know. Of course, you are free to add more terms which you think should be on the list.

Thanks for this helpful infographic! I'm no beginner, but I appreciate that there's a post here on Bitcointalk about the basic trading terms one should know.

Nice one.
A term is new to me: ITO. And I'm not sure if I get correctly the difference with ICOs.
@OP you should have added more terms like Fibonacci, limit order, stop loss, leverage... It fits better for an infographic about (crypto) trading. You could remove "altcoin" "cryptocurrency" "fork"... But as I said it's a good looking one.

Thanks, LeGaulois! Your suggestions are noted. I'll consider creating a new list with those words added. And please feel free to enlighten us more about other terminologies. I can feel you know better than I do when it comes to trading technicalities.

Yeah, thanks a lot for this information I believe it's very useful and will help the newbies who want to learn about trading, it is a term that everyone in crypto has to know and not just those involved in trading or those thinking of getting involved in trading.

For example, there is a term we call HODL, were by users who purchase coin would hold on to their coin even if there is a dump in the market, the full meaning for those that doesn't know it is Hold on to your dear life. You can make a list of more terms please.

You're welcome, Cosbycoin! I'm sure you'll learn more trading terms as you venture more. And please always feel free to add here the terminologies and their meanings that you think are worth-sharing with the community, especially with newbies in the trading field.
