thenk you for your suggest, i dont need other ways, on the world is 1 000 000 different forum, but this is bitcointalk. 

speculation board is for all, its for : العربية (Arabic), Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian), Español (Spanish), 中文 (Chinese) and other people to, but have local theards to. and can comunication with national language. 

problem is english language, in my country english is problem, and now all georgians are on other forums and facebook groups. but this is not good, becouse Facebook group and small forums is bad for save information, + share eachother, and check peoples answers in last year. Bitcointalk is great for it. and i think administrator can help us.

we are in bitcoin mining after genesis block,  and we are on TOP 3 place with bitcoin miners. we have great projects in georgia, example : Public service Hall on blockchain tecnology. we have many great startups, but people arenot here, why? becouse of language.

we want place here, we want share allday news eachother and for forum to. i say : if georgians will come here, they will share informations with English theards to, and this will be great for all. for forum + for blockchain, for future and for investitions.

yeah, if georgians arenot here, they willnot share informations on english theards to. and you all lost informations.


i think admin can make i klick on forum, and everithing will be great for all !

Indeed this is not where ANN and gifts are, but for now you can use this temporarily.
Anyhow, later on ANN translations will be implemented such as: Japanese, Russian, Tailand etc. Hopefully.

It seems you wish to have a separate board on your local section for mining and speculation discussions,but I think this would not happen as its possible to discuss such in the main board created for discussions in your local language and at the moment there is no demand for it
You could start threads on mining and speculation on the normal boards for it in English,and if you want to do so in your local language,you can start up a thread there and self moderate it

yes, its problem,

becouse here is a lot of countries, without miners and bitcoins but have forum as messenger. and can talk easy, and we have bitcoins, we have miners, and we cant talk, we have 1 theard and cant discuss on 1 theard for 15 different things. we cant check last messages, we cant share translated news eachother. and now georgian board is dead. becouse some people log off and willnot back, becouse cant search and talk easy. 

i think 100 000 sheetpost isnot more then 2000 good post.

Am just basing on the fact that I have seen other users from other countries also ask for a board but have not been granted any on my assumption that I could be due to local activity.
But keep trying, you never know what admin has in mind.

becouse we cant make discussion on forum.  this is bad, so bad. becouse Georgia is Big resourse for blockchain, mining, bitcoin. we are HUB for mining in europe.  in azia is china, in north amerika is america. and in europe is Georgia.  and forum dont want georgians here? i think we all want eachother. and now georgians want Space on forum.  you can check my english this is bullshit, lets give us chanse for discuss with georgian language.

posts is low, becouse we cant discussion with this format. this is something sheet. we cant comunicate in georgian board and they are posting with different boards, Russian and France board.  and many people have ewgistration and have 1 activiry, becouse cant talk with english, and georgian board is so bad for search information. they are logged out now, becouse cant resive and share information with forum, becouse here is 1 post and other reply es.

check this articles,  in my country 30% of people have miners. and want new informations, but with this rulles, they cant read something.

i know so many people with great ideas, but without knowladge english or russian language.

we want chance. we can make something Great for blockchain.  we want Georgian comunity on bitcointalk, becouse all georgians are on Facebook groups, 100/150/200 members, and we are not togather, forum can give US place, hub for discussions.

this will be best for forum to. becouse in my country Blockchain is supported by government to.

By looking at activity in your local thread I don't think that you will get dedicated board for your language in near future. Since 2014 there are only less than 400 posts made. You need much bigger activity. You can see language like Serbian or Ukrainian - there are thousands of posts made in total, but it's still not enough get dedicated board.

I think post activity by Georgians also matters when deciding to open up a board for a given language... but if the activity is way too low, chances of getting aboard of your own may be too slim.
You don't to have a board where you can see  just only 2 posts a week
Anyways, hope your wishes get granted.

if Georgia is in Other languages & locations , its mean - will be forever? and cant transfer in individual board ?

becouse i think Next big bullrun will be better with georgians and i know many people in georgia, create forum but dont join, becouse cant read information with english, some people still reading on russian board, but i think Georgian discussion and new infos, will be great for them.

It's not allowed to post ICO announcements, translations and bounties in Other languages & locations section. You only can post this stuff if your language have individual board like Russian, Indonesian, Spanish and others. Your language only have thread in Other languages & locations, so you can't post this stuff.

You can not create a board yourself, only the administration can. You can only create topics/threads*. Your country has only a dedicated thread (the link you posted) so there is no place for georgian dudes
