Wow didn't know about this one!

Be curious to see how much they'd go for on auction.  Shocked

Hi Wheelz...I have asked around but not one person. The seller told me this is the rarest of them all.

So have you gotten any messages about someone else with any.  I wonder how many of these are out there.  The more i think about it, the more i wonder what other pieces are out there that have never seen this forum.  Not that its an end all be all but most things hit here sooner or later

No do not..its also locked away in my dungeon...probably will be excavated out in the far future. Why the measurements bybthe way?

I'm wondering if the metal version has a different thickness than the plastic version.

What's the thickness of the metal card in mm, do you have a caliper you can use to measure it?

Really cool and rare item you found. Not sure what they are worth, but that is probably a good item to just keep.

A bank card is a metal card engraved with a bitcoin address and the private key necessary to redeem bitcoins sent to that address. You can think of a bank card as a tangible "piggy bank" for your bitcoins. Bank cards do not come with a stored balance, but once you receive a card you can send as many bitcoins as you like to be stored on the card. As long as your bank card is secure in a private location, you can rest easy knowing that there's no way for your bitcoins to be hacked or stolen. When you're ready to spend the bitcoins on your card, you can "crack open the piggy bank" by simply scanning the private key and importing it into your bitcoin client.

Thanks for the offering...I wasn't aware of a 'Metal Bitbills' version.

Sending you a PM!   Smiley

Haha! GP himself...  I thought you would have one of these. If I were to ever sell, I would offer it to ya first..how about that? And out of curiosity, what would something like this tempt you to offer?

Hi all...Just acquired the following METAL BITBILL.

Was told it is the rarest of all bitbills. Acquired from an early BITCOIN ENTHUSIAST.

At one time was funded with over 300BTC before September 2011..thus before Casascius coins existed.

Making this one of the first forms of any physical bitcoin incarnations. Any feedback/information about this rare bitbill would help! Someone please post the pic up thanks!
