They ALL SUCK until there is better adoption - IE I can spend them outside of an exchange somehow.

None at the moment, do concentrate on Bitcoin and Litecoin
Bitcoin developers are ultraconservative and they have to be such to protect the old money. The only kind of innovations I expect from here are new ways of attacking double SHA2 hash function.
