OP is not intending to sell the products he just wanted to scam the peoples, without any trust how can anyone will pay you upfront so that you can scam them and the product price is double the normal price and your thead heading is that you are selling insanely checp items. By this itself we can see that you are not willing to sell the products but just wanted to cheat the users who send you payment first.

This is correct. There are a few of these services floating on that site.
Also OP, I would recommend putting a little more thought and effort into your post to attract potential buyers.
Provide information shipping times, new/replacement packaging, etc.
Maybe be willing to send to trusted members and they can pay after they receive their item?
