Trying to figure out how to insert an image into this forum?
I've done this before on other forums, but can't find the proper way to do it here.
The easiest way to do it is to view how other posters succeeded posting theirs by trying to quote them. That way you get to see the HTML text.

.

Simply replace that which I struck out with the link from your Imgur picture you want to share and it will appear here. But of course, you can only get to see my text if you tried to quote me. Mind you, I distorted that link and that means the picture I tried to upload won't show. That was the simple way I learnt to do it when I started out

There's something wrong with the URL.

Where's the original URL of this upload? there should be another link that will pop another URL if you choose "copy image address".
I see there is nothing wrong with the URL link and the BBCode. He/her use https://imgbb.com/.

Code:
[img]https://i.ibb.co/SQqYdW4/KIMG0770.jpg[/img]
It seems the file size is too large.

I try to reduce it until the file size is under 2.5 MB with an image processing application and reupload to https://imgbb.com/. Here are the results.

Code:
[img]https://i.ibb.co/LYZmH04/KIMG0770-edit.jpg[/img]

Reference:

Why doesn't this image work then? It's a GIF hosted on Imgur.

It's too big. The limit is 2.5 MB
Browsers nowadays like to make as many simultaneous requests for images as there are images on the page (this is stupid IMO). So all of your images are downloaded at once via the proxy, but your connection isn't fast enough to deliver everything before the proxy times out after a few seconds. Not being able to serve this much data quickly enough is understandable, but it still causes issues. The problem is that browsers can wait forever for servers to respond, so they're fine with issuing even hundreds of connections at a time, but the forum's server cannot wait. Each proxy connection takes up resources, so it must complete quickly. I'm not really sure how to fix this.
There's no reason to force readers to download huge images when they load the page. If high resolution is really necessary, you can include a link to the image.

It all happened because the size of the image he is inserting is too big. I don't think the image provider or where you upload it, matters at all as long as the image is up and visible on the link and there is no downtime.

In this case, you can offer to use the site to reduce images. I agree with you that size matters, and large images also carry a load on the forum. There is an option to compress images simply, without losing the image quality at all.

I will try to offer a more working version. I have been using this site for the third year now, if you check the message history, all the images are up-to-date and are displayed beautifully, which cannot be said about Imgur.

https://imgbb.com/

Likewise, I also suggest reading a similar topic, which discussed the problems with displaying pictures on the forum.

Why did the forum stop supporting images from imgur's http links?

Strangely, someone posted a HTTPS link from Imgur and it still didn't show up. Thank goodness Imgbb saved the day.

I try to change a little [img] to the path [width] with this feature you can also set the size you want big and small.

Excellent work there!

I see yours is imperfect, and you can try with this feature.

Replace it with: ZiZiHub, find on: Play Store.
Code:
[img width=250]  [/img]
250-300-400-500-600-700

I try to change a little [img] to the path [width] with this feature you can also set the size you want big and small.

Okay.. I guess I'm too new of a member to insert images yet... all good.
Nope, anyone above Jr.Member can post link of images so I guess the problem is with the size of your image.

Try using Imgur as I said it works fine for me all the time, and you can get bbcode link on the site itself.
