I use imgur too, it's very fast and easy to use, you have just to copy and paste the BBcode into the forum et voilà!
If you are tying to post some screenshot, there's a small utility for that called "puush". There are many but i use this one. After that you can just input the link in between img tags.
I am using imgur.com for free hosting of images . It's good and easy to use . I like their services.
