Our group, Seoul Bitcoin attended the Inside Bitcoins conference this past weekend in Seoul, South Korea.
We had around 30 people there from the local meetup, and the whole weekend was quite a success.

One key to the success of the conference was the ticket pricing. There were the usual $300+ full conference passes available, but they did a really smart thing and offered passes to the trade show floor only (no access to the conference room where the presentations were held) for 7 dollars. That way people who could not afford 300 dollars, which is most people, and those who had just a little interest in bitcoin could come, walk around, and meet all the companies and exhibitors etc.
For just 7 dollars.
