Or maybe he is using altcoin electrum with no BIP39 option.

How many phrase or words in your seeds? Can you count them for us to know if your seed is generated from Bitcoin electrum or not?

Thanks God! And thanks a lot to you!)))
You know, firstly we chose that we want to recover a Wallet with 2factor authentication. And in this way no options were avaliable and the seed didn’t work.

And now we chose just a standard Wallet and our seed goes right!
Thanks, everything is ok!!! Have a nice evening, guys!!!

Where did you download Electrum from exactly? are you sure you downloaded from the correct website: https://www.electrum.org Huh

The only version I know of that doesn't have BIP39 option is the Android version.
Hmmm... one of his posts say he wants to install Electrum on “Phoenix Workstay”. The only OS kind of thing I could find with “Phoenix” is this PhoenixOS which apparently runs Android... is this it? Or maybe I just went too far?

Electrum is opening. But when I’m putting the seed, it doesn’t allow even to push the bottom To go ahead.
And this happens with all two my wallets

Try to check the BIP39 under seed option

Look at this image below.

https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/6041352/43581434-4e2c1912-962f-11e8-9f6f-26c3396c14f9.png

Let see if the button will work.

In this Options I see only one is Extend this seed with custom words  Huh
No variant to choose BIP39

If those seeds did not come from Electrum, you will need to click the "options" button on the seed entry screen... and then tick the "BIP39 seed" option.

Make sure you get a "BIP39 (Checksum: OK)" message:

If you don't see "OK" and instead you get "Checksum: failed" then it is NOT a BIP39 seed either and you probably won't see your wallet, even though Electrum will accept the invalid seed.

Where are these seeds from?

Did you generate them with Electrum? Are you 100% sure you didn’t make a mistake somewhere when writing them down?

Yes, all the seeds are from Electrum and I already used them in October 2018 and made some transfers from the wallet. And I checked that there is no mistake in both of them.
But the Electrum don’t even alow  me to get inside the wallet.

Thanks, we've already installed!
But... we cant open the Wallet with a seed... Last time I used Electrum in October, and now I just cant open two my Wallets!!!
If somebody even stolen my money, then I could open the wallet?

Why my vallet dont even opens at all?
What are you trying to do?

So, Electrum is opening normally? The issue happens when you try to open an already existent wallet file or restore your wallet through the wizard with the seed?

What exactly happens?

also check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EVmp8gAqYA(already posted above)and this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Buu5bVKXKhM

For appimage check this steps below.
Here's the step by step.

- Open terminal in your Ubuntu OS
- type this command below.
Code:
wget https://download.electrum.org/3.3.6/electrum-3.3.6-x86_64.AppImage
chmod +x electrum-3.3.6-x86_64.AppImage
Then enter
- Open the terminal again then type this command below to run the wallet.
Code:
./electrum-3.3.6-x86_64.AppImage

Now you have the electrum-3.3.6 use command line above to open the wallet.

More details and guide from here https://docs.appimage.org/user-guide/run-appimages.html

Thanks, we've already installed!

Are you sure that you have the seed?
Check this guide to follow how to restore wallet with seed https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/

Literally posted above. Just run these commands.

Or if you really want a video: https://youtu.be/6EVmp8gAqYA

Also, stop creating multiple threads. A single one is enough.

What files did you download and verify?

If it has .AppImage extension, all you need to do is run it either by double-click it on your file manager or use command ./electrum.AppImage on terminal

If it has .tar.gz or .zip extension, there are 2 option :
1. Extract and run it with command
Code:
./run_electrum

2. Install it with command
Code:
python3 -m pip install electrum.tar.gz[fast]
