I installed on XP SP3 something go wrong i guess, reinstall the package and delete App Data Electrum and now just work fine excuse me im a little paranoic here

Open electrum and click on the Receive tab.
There should be items that say something like "Main Account", "Receiving" "Change" etc.
click the arrows to the left of those words and the addresses should show up.
Master Public Key should also show up by clicking the "Wallet" option on the toolbar (if you are using Mac or Linux, the toolbar is on the upper left corner of your monitor, not attached to the window) and clicking "Master Public Key"
If you still can't find the addresses, find your wallet file.
For linux it should be in your home folder under the hidden folder /.electrum. There will be a file called "default_wallet"
For Windows, it's C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Electrum
Delete the "default_wallet" file, then restart electrum and choose "Create New wallet" and DON'T choose restore from seed etc.
This should create a new wallet for you, try checking the receive tab and Master Public Key to see if they show up.
There is NO NEED TO ACCESS THE INTERNET. Everything for creating a wallet is done offline and will work properly.

Hi, installed Electrum in PC offline but there is no receive adress and i dont know how generate a new one i suppose the program will create at least one but is empty in options neither can find how create new directions. 
my electrum version is 1.9.8 Installed the same installer on a pc online and give me 5 receive directions but seems like in a offline pc dont generate any dirección that all what i want is the certain that my private key never touch the internet but i dont know what is happen, necesarily have to get conection at least one time to electrum functions??? 
I just try to export my master public key the problem is that dont show any.
