Download the driver.
Insert in a pendrive
Install the driver

It's always given me an error before. I haven't tried in a long time though but we'll see.

It's usually a very bad idea to let windows update active on mining rigs, and especially worse to let the drivers being updated, you don't need the latest bloat, or having 3D vision, physx, and so on installed, just install basic drivers, select the best drivers and never upgrade it, the current best version for nvidia is 384.94. The deploy can even be scripted if you got alot of rigs. And i confirm it work like a charm directly with the driver files, my recommendation would be to clean up your system with DDU, and go from there and select a good driver, and don't move out from it.

Anyone know how to install nvidia drivers offline on windows without having to go through windows update?

I've always just done it through windows but when I move into the warehouse I'll be working off wifi and a hotspot for about a month until I can set internet up. Yes, it takes about a month for Spectrum/ATT etc to set up your appointment, it's bad.

Anyways just panning ahead if I can avoid using windows update would be awesome.

I've tried it via display drivers and trying to update there but it's never stuck, I've always had to turn windows update back on then do it via updating the entire system.

Thanks fam.
