Hi, can someone please tell me how can I have my bitcoins sold in Europe online without going through the SEPA stuff? I want the cash to be credited in my bank account but not through SEPA as it takes about 24 hours. Is there any other payment methods to bank account where money can be sent instantly without Paypal or any other dependencies?

You can have instant transfers to most of the banks if you sell bank-to-bank. Meaning same bank. I recomend you to take a look on localbitcoins about what banks users are using and open an account there. You'll be able to have this way instant transfer and withdraw all your bitcoins.
Transferwise can be an option but there is still a big waiting time.
Recomended in this case might be moneygram/westernunion. Here i can help through moneygram from europe but small ammounts of cash. Tops 2000-3000 euro. The only problem is the % in your disatvantage. Let's say for example, as I know from Italy to Germany there is a limit of 1500 euro for a person to receive in a day. As so, western union or money gram fail, and the price of each bitcoin is not in your advantage at all.
OMV had a very good transfer possibility with extremly low fees between gas stations, but this was in Austria last time when I used it. I don't know. That's why I asked for your discord where I can help with more details about every service specific.
Any eur-eur bank transfer with banks registreted under swift or bic can be done in the same day if the transfer is done before 9 AM will be in your bank by 4-5 PM. During weekends just some SEPA can go through.
