What kind of VBA is it? Does it have iban? Can money be deposited into it? What are the limits and fees?

Ok, SunTrust is a regular bank. So what exactly is it that you selling? Is it difficult/impossible to open an account on SunTrust's website or what's the advantage of buying from you?
you may be missing the point of buying a VBA. the point is that you can use them for activities you would absolutely not do in your own name, or say you need to verify a paypal w/ a bank account in order to dump ill-gotten funds into it, or you have just used your name up to much with Paypal and need to use a different one to continue to business with them. those are the kind of things you use a VBA for. Sure, you can go create one in your own name..I wouldn't recommend dumping illegal funds into it, though.
I'm selling anonymity, among other things that come with a VBA.

That's exactly the selling point I was missing from your OP. And no, a VBA doesn't automatically imply an anonymity, just like a VCC doesn't. Just because you perceive it that way doesn't mean that anyone else does, too. If you only added a word "anonymous" before "virtual bank accounts" it would be clear to everybody and the attractiveness of your topic would increase.
