He can't just spread the world with rubles to establish his own fiat standard, because the countries belonging to NATO will not allow it. Simple as that. The whole point of the fiat standard is that you can't just issue your own fiat currency instead and replace the already existent one.

Yup, no one can stop him. But that would be another problem for Putin. The Ruble is not the base currency of the world so if they print as much as 10T of it the value will already be crashing. Even China with a larger economy lends money to other countries in USD, not in Yuan because they know it can backfire on them. Just let the US handle that stuff.
This is why Bitcoin will make sense for all countries to use.

And who says the United States owns all those crypto-currency? Those are stable coins and they are pegged to the US dollars that doesn't mean the US own all those stable coins. The US dollars is widely used as the standard to value Fiat money you can even see that with Bitcoin too, the value is mostly illustrated in the US dollars let's say it's that easy to print money and the Russians adopt that dumb advice which country would accept that? Rubies isn't as strong and widely regarded like the US dollars.

Do you think by printing money, United States is stronger? I mean having stronger economy and world power? You are wrong. Money printing can lead to inflation. Also money printing is not the reason Russia will be able to lend other countries money. But I also think that there are better things that can be done instead of war.

Suggesting ways to grow their fiat wouldn’t help the Bitcoin market, so I’m actually glad about what they’re doing now. In a statement to the Russian state channel Rossiya-24, Anton Siluanov said Bitcoins mined in Russia can be used in the experimental process for international payments, and such payments have begun.
Siluanov said this payment method should be developed and expanded.
While there are no restrictions on the purchase of cryptocurrencies in Russia, the use of these cryptocurrencies as a form of payment within the country is prohibited.
