Market manipulation has become commonplace in cryptocurrency, why are you still concerned about it. It seems that you don't fully understand cryptocurrency and you are losing money on your investment. Actually OP is forgetting that Crypto whales too aren't dead. The real institutional investors that cryptospace should be worried about is the Whales holding tons of bitcoin. Even though I am not much surprised with the 30% Market dip, you have to be an idiot to expect that market would go on in a bullish mode imminently but the volumes you can see these days indicate some serious profit booking. Moreover a curious thing which has now come to my mind is that if bitcoin falls below 40K Tesla is going to be one of the biggest loss makers in that as they definitely would see their 1.5 Billion dollars coming down by 10-20% and this would definitely reflect in Tesla's stock and investor confidence too.

I don't see any reason why market manipulation (pump and dump) in cryptocurrency should be seen as a problem since this is the first market to experience it and the last time I checked nobody complain when the manipulation result was to pump the price of the market. However, this current dump is open another entry for investors.

There might a market manipulation of Bitcoin but it isn't an unclear image of what I have per see. This was an anticipated event that everyone expected that there's an upcoming correction after a huge price spike. You can't tell us that there's is an infinite growth of Bitcoin, correction will occur correction without specific dates. Weak had will always be a loser in this situation, I personally suggest that not to do panic selling and don't feed this whale/big player if it is them.

Small correction, the price didn't jump from $38k because Elon invested, it jumped because people found out he did.
Tesla bought those coins somewhere in January at an unspecified date.

I doubt institutional players are manipulating the bitcoin market in any way! They are definitely are in position to manipulate the market due to their huge holdings but I don't think that anyone of them have sold anything from their coffers. So the question of market manipulation by the institutional investors can be factored out!

It's like owning a nuclear weapon! If you have it, you have the power but if you don't use it, bo one can blame you for mass murder! Same applies here as well!
