Yes I have tried to restore it on Electrum correctly and its not working. funds are gone. 7 days ago contact and no response.
Re-read this FYI from my reply to your post in that thread:

FYI: If the selected wallet actually have a balance, the error will show as "Not enough funds. Use maximum" instead of "Insufficient funds".

In your screenshot, you're getting "Insufficient funds" which could mean that the selected wallet is actually empty.
Moreover, if it's the fee that's making the amount insufficient, it will also display: "Not enough funds. Use maximum".
If there's previously a balance in your account, you might wanna check the other ways of getting hacked like compromised backup phrase (seed phrase), private key(s) etc.
It is still displaying balance because either your browser's cache haven't updated or it's an error in their database.

But surely, "no response" is a sign of bad service (not to mention the numerous issues), I would not recommend that wallet for keeping large amount of crypto.

Not even for 1 bucks. blockchain is not good. .would you use them for small amounts?
I can give access to my account for hero/legendary member if you can restore take 50% for you.

You can offer it as a reward in a new thread describing the issue and what to recover in the 'Marketplace->Services' board.
Just make the terms clear like "no reward if ever the wallet is actually empty".

Note: Do not trust all Hero/Legendary members, use the "trust system" to pick the right person to entrust your seed phrase and account details.
Not all of them are trust worthy.

BTW, I'm not in.

Have you checked the wallet address in explorer? this is the only option to check the balance in your wallet.
I think you should try the mobile application, maybe your issue gets resolved.

I also use blockchain wallet application so far nothing bad has happened to me.

What do you mean by "funds are gone"? Can you see that they were sent to an address that you don't control? If so, then this might be unrelated to the error that OP has. You probably got hacked. Did you have a 2FA set (phone and not just email)?

scam wallet. BLOCKCHAIN.INFO IS A SCAM
Okay, before shouting and accusing something, what error have you faced that you cannot recover your funds? Having the recovery seed and importing it to other wallet can save you. So tell us more about your issue. Also when did you messaged their support?

Glad to see you were able to spend your coins.
I'm a complete novice, but I've been using this Blockchain Wallet for 4-5 years and never encountered this problem.
since you have been using blockchain for more than four years then you are supposed to have a good understanding about wallets and you are supposed to know that it's not recommended to use web wallets or exchanges to store your coins.
Hope this will incentivize you to use a wallet that let you be in full control over your funds.
I'd recommend using Electrum, one of the most trusted and easy to use wallets.

Is this not somewhat related to having a watch-only address? If not, then importing your recovery/backup phrase to other wallets like electrum (https://electrum.com/#download) will solve your problem. Instructions is mentioned above anyway.

Seems like you have the same wallet issue like this guy: Blockchain wallet shows innsufficient funds when trynig to send btc
First step is to contact their support.

If you're not willing to wait for their response, you can import your "Backup phrase" to a non-custodial wallet.
Just follow the few last replies' procedures or the post above.

I could be wrong, but have you received many small transactions prior to your last transaction? If so, that's probably why you're having that error.
Current 1mB from tip is currently 1sat/B, so it's impossible to reach a 0.04xxBTC+ fee even if he has too many UTXOs.

And you were able to send these funds just fine?

Try to restore your wallet into Electrum and see if you're having the same problem. After installing Electrum and getting your blockchain's backup phrase, follow these steps: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/

Important:
- step #4 : Make sure to select "BIP39" after clicking on "Options".
- step #5: If you have more than one wallet in your Blockchain account and the received funds are not in the default wallet, make sure to increment the derivation path as explained in the note.

The most recent one before that was for $280 on June 16th, and the one before that was for $1400 on June 13th.  These also both say "transaction confirmed" fwiw

I'm a complete novice, but I've been using this Blockchain Wallet for 4-5 years and never encountered this problem.

I have around $400 in my wallet that I'm trying to send to my Kraken account, but blockchain says "insufficent funds" regardless of what amount I type in.

The money that I'm trying to send was received in my wallet on June 19th, and it says "transaction confirmed"

I have Bitcoin selected as the currency, and the wallet I'm using says that it has .04xx bitcoin in it.

Any ideas?
