How exactly could it be a catalyst for stock market correction, USD inflation? In my opinion, this Insurrection Act is just another power move for those in the higher power. To be honest, I do not think that mobilizing the military against the citizen is democracy friendly, do not forget and always remember the violence of the system against its people is the last straw or should be as far as what happened back in China. Remember and never forget about Tianamen Square Massacre.

Insurrection Act not confirmed yet, afaik. But Executive Order 13959 (Prohibiting investment in Communist Chinese military companies) came into effect on January 11.
