I dont think if there's a legal way of selling an Instagram account, though we know that there's no law prohibiting selling social media accounts it might no one will sell genuine social media accounts which considering you also sell your personal information.

I have doubt if there's someone who wants to sell their social media account with huge followers most likely you're buying a number of followers but not actually the real users. It's most likely a bot or inactive account. So it's not really worth it if you want to target an audience.

Besides, the Terms of Use of Instagram stated that.

You can’t sell, license, or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our Service.
This includes attempts to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username); solicit, collect, or use login credentials or badges of other users; or request or collect Instagram usernames, passwords, or misappropriate access tokens.

So I think anyone who wanted to buy an account must be careful, it seems you throwing your money away.

It's very hard to find reputed and legal service that has illegal items for sale. the good thing is that most SM marketers are familiar with crypto, so probably is possible to make deal.
I suggest you search on Facebook groups (there are probably similar ones on Reddit) dedicated to social media marketing. of course, a lot depends on which language/countries you want to be active in, local only or global etc...

I won't support buying Instagram accounts anyway. Rather than better to create yourself and build it, either organically or buying followers. I can see Amazone provide digital service from where you may buy Instagram followers. So rather than finding a new platform from where you can buy an account with cryptocurrency, you may buy an amazon gift card with Bitcoin and procced purchasing followers. I think it's better and safe as well. Buying an account won't be safe at all due to various reasons as you know very well. So, it's up to you.

I know some martketplace that have reputable members like Paxful.

using those martketplace will give you real/active accounts as many as you want from reliable sellers and they will not hack that account again, but the problem is how to ensure that these accounts have not been used for scam, hack, or any other activity, especially since the account data will be recorded and may be linked to your data.

The best solution is to create an account yourself, and buy as many followers as you want. Prices are a little expensive.
