Shocked auction it
Thanks bud, this is the route I'm looking towards too.

damn, I would love to see what this goes for.
Meeee too, imagine that I have an "emotional" attachment to this piece, especially since it was so hard to grab. Smiley

Thanks MJ, your input is always valued by me, especially since we had quite a few nice interactions in the past.

---

Having said that, let me offer a few more details that might help you get a better picture -- and help me get a better feedback on the auction to follow:
  • coin is based in Europe (in the EU)
  • thinking to start the auction at 1.25 with 0.01 increments, considering it has a low serial # and was part of the forum sale (#20/25 instead of #50...#100)
  • I will set a "buy-it-now" price -- serial #11 was sold for 2.424 via BIN on the forum
  • trusted escrow is a must and I would be willing to pay for the escrow services -- unless we meet face to face
  • not sure about shipping/ insurance outside of the EU

Thoughts?

Thanks.

Hello folks,

I am thinking about parting ways with my stunningly rare gem Smiley which is a 2017 BTCC S-Series .999 Fine Silver 1 BTC #20 out of 100.
The BTCC S-Series is the rarest series of all BTCC creations, limited to a mintage of only 100 -- this low serial # was one of the first coins off the block.

Sales were strictly limited to local pickup in China at the time, making it exceptionally difficult to purchase.
This series was the only fine metal series that BTCC produced. Comes in BTCC branded etui with booklet and COA.

[Delivery to China only] This coins being offered in this auction can only be shipped to your specified mainland China address or collected in person from BTCC’s offices in Shanghai, China, before October 31st, 2017.

We will not be able to ship the coins internationally.

We’re very excited to announce BTCC Mint’s newest product -- silver physical bitcoins! The One and Two Bitcoin Silver S-Series coins are the first coins BTCC has created that combine bitcoin with a precious metal.

Only 100 One Bitcoin and 50 Two Bitcoin Silver S-Series coins have been mined so far. All 150 coins were mined before August 1st, 2017 and, therefore, they also have 1 BCC/BCH in them. These 150 coins are likely the only silver coins we’ll be minting this year.

S-Series coins are created with pure silver, meaning that they have fine detail and a bright white, highly reflective finish. Just as silver has withstood the test of time as a store of value, BTCC Mint S-Series coins embody the evolution of value, positioned at the threshold of digital and physical form. BTCC Mint S-Series coins’ union with bitcoin is a symbolic passing of the torch to a new asset that will be used for millennia.

S-Series coins are made by polishing silver blanks to a mirror finish, and then striking the blanks with a minting press multiple times to ensure sharp detail. The proof-quality coins that are created through this process are unique and nearly impossible to counterfeit. Also, the bitcoins contained within S-Series coins are uncirculated, and guaranteed to be newly mined in the year of issue, making S-Series coins the ultimate collector’s item.
