I am currently coding a dicing website where you are able to play against other players.

This is the idea:

You post your desired bet
A player calls your bet
The site will roll 2x 6-sided dice
The player with the highest roll out of 12 wins the money

Now you don't have to play against the house, you can play against your friends, or even a complete stranger!

It is about 4-7 days away from the beta release

I think that playing dice against others is a pretty cool idea but why 12 rolls decide who wins, rather than the winner of every roll gets the money? What's also important is the percentage of additional fees the website will charge to have profit from it. Some websites charge 5%, but many gamblers consider it too high. And think about KYC and stuff, informing the potential players about it in advance.
Dice against each other reminded me of a game I used to play with my parents. It's a dice game, but combinations give you points and determine the winner. It was very similar to Yatzy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yatzy. It's an engaging game, and I have never seen an online version of it on gambling websites. Just think about it, maybe you'll feel like making it on your website to make it stand out even more  Wink

Wow that is great game. I think gamblers specially gamblers in a middle age like millenials will like that challenges because this is like duel that you can beat other player. It is more exciting because it has more challenge that teenagers always want. So I think it will be a good game.

So you are saying that you are creating a platform for this kins of game? It is quite unique I believe but dont you think it is a little bit hard of getting players that really match on what you place? Because there is so many variance that can be made from players and I think this can't really suits up for all of the players

If you handle it as a regular dice rolls on the backend its the same as playing against the house. seeds used can be public or picked upfront by the user.

The idea is great but the seed checking becomes a problem. There have been many tries on making pvp games and the most known I remember was the rock paper scissors and it didn't live that long because the people like to play games against the house since it is easy to check if its provably fair however its not easy to check provably fair of both rolls you have and your opponent has which is why it has been not done so far, if it was viable and can be done many places with dice games on their website would have implemented a pvp version as well.

If you can solve the provably fair option then there is no doubt it would get famous since people do really want to play against each other. Trust is something you have to earn in crypto and if you manage that you will make a ton of money.

Like the idea, will be interesting to know, finally who will be luckier, person who bets or person who accepts bets. Do you plan to accept mydicebot to add your dice in their list? Not only playing dice with their bot but also virtually testing it (virtual better and virtual bet accept).
Well, idea is good but as I see your template from images, it needs absolutely brand new desing, current one looks very simple and in bad colours too. Btw wish you success, just release your beta version with good template to make it even more attractive.

So its a PVP based type of dice game. Its unique but it do takes so long yet you would need for an opponent. The question is,whats the % deduction on each game?
Im sure that there would be some sort of deductions for sites profit.
That is also my question how much would be their fee per game?
And how would we get to fight another gambler?
I couldn't wait to see their beta to try it out I hope that this would really be a good one and not another boring and basic layouts ,
I hope that they could make their graphics more attractive for their site to be more interesting.

LoyceV on the road. Or couch.
Rollin had a pvp chat bot, see https://rollingames.wordpress.com/pvp/.

I think it only works in a social setting, as part of a chat box for instance.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
Looks interesting.  Guess you'll need lots of gamblers for a peer-to-peer gambling to be successful and profitable. I don't know much about this things though ... they sound fun anyway.
Wish you all the best.

Is your website down at the moment or is it locked for public?
I've tried to visit BTCDice.games but ir returns an empty page.

It's not ready, once I setup the site, btcdice.games will be working.

This sounds like an interesting idea, with people playing against each other, how will you make a profit on this idea, will there be a house edge or will you add fees on withdraws instead
As if you where thinking what I was thinking? Wonder what's in for the creator. Am guessing it's in the terms and conditions which the withhold when publicizing there product. Regardless good gaming innovation and concept
They might play it out like Poker cash tables and collect a small percentage rake based off the bets that are made.

This does sound like an interesting idea however it was actually already available on Primedice a few years back ( I think 2015 or so) and they removed it due to lack of interest.

It featured a special section of the site, where you can go against some other player and it was provably fair type of PvP gambling. It was used from time to time as I can remember however I think eventually nobody used it and it was removed.

I think most people rather just gamble again the house edge rather than another player since the probably of winning is the same. And this way you can gamble almost anytime rather than have to go into the chat and wait until another player challenges you.

I think why it wasn't a success is because its not a skill type of game like Chess, its more of a game based on luck and odds and that's why those are usually never popular when PvP.

That is a good question and let's hear what the dev will say on this. Also, as you mentioned, you need an opponent obviously before you can proceed the game. So the waiting time here is the variable because it is a fresh dice site. The site is still in the creation stage so we don't know yet if it will hit in the gambling community. Let's see once he fully launched his site and check how many players he can attract using this pvp-type game.

I for one would be interested in seeing how this plays out because pvp dice play is something I didnt think would be possible. And have always thought of it as a single player game. Undecided
But if it involves another player then it is more like tug-o-war battle to see who gets the flag on their side of the middle bar to be considered the winner.

This game is totally based on luck. and unfortunately the sneak peek is only a screenshot. give a private beta tester accesing for the community will provide more suggestion for your dice game aplication development.
many dice fans are looking forward to how the beta version will be launched.
All sorts of gambling games specially dice do really always matter with luck and this is a pvp one unlike on other typical dice that you are against the house.

@Milewilda
@Pamadar

This is also a thing i would like to know on how much he do get from to its players?

A sneak peak or some beta testing would be a good idea for him to get some suggestions on the gambling community.
