I looked through the forum and noticed that it is possible to buy such accounts and to make some quite anonymous accounts, but I was not able to find the sellers of these services. I am interested in:
* Opening a bank account in some offshore bank that would provide visa or mastercard, the bank needs to ignore EU.
* I am interested in buying visa/mastercard on some other name or non-existant name, the card can be virtual actually. I need the card to have the ability to pay, like I could use it in Amazon for purchases.
Maybe there is someone who could help me here?
