Just a one time FYI announcement. We are trying to develop a method of using ethereum tokens to create an SEC compliant crowd funded/owned corporation/business venture. The general idea is that investors will purchase company tokens. Each company token would represent a fractional ownership of the company funds. The company funds will be used to fund companies and startups that will contribute some or all of their profits back into the company pot when they are successful. This will increase the total value of the pot and the value of the company coin.
