I love XEM and NEO. They have a great pontential growth this year... I also like ADA Cardano that has done a big growth this months...

NEO (NEO). Focus on work with Asia and China, the platform of smart contracts, many developments. The growth potential is from 200% per year.
IOTA (Miota) An open source distributed registry protocol that extends beyond of the blockchain using its main invention, the non-block Tangle technology. The growth potential is from 200% per year
Zec (Zcash) Higher confidentiality compared to BTC, use of zero proof. Creation of a crypto-currency fund, serious marketing Potential of growth from 200% for a year
