It's your choice now, whether you want to be one of those 10% who will listen to me and move forward into the mode of advancement, or you want to be one of those 90% who will always keep complaining about the system instead of going on with what's there already. Think about it, choose wisely!

I agree with you
He must learn to publish important and good topics
We need to improve the content on the site
Make it a place to share ideas and solve problems
Not the opposite through the scam projects
A lot of lying to raise money only
Through this new arrangement we can know or at least distinguish between good and bad

As everything in the world of crypto (and this forum) progresses, an average "Joe" (who doesn't know much about Bitcoins and its technology) meets a Legendary "Steve" (who's been in this since 2010 and possesses a lot of comprehension in the various genres of cryptocurrencies).
They start talking about their experiences and an interesting debate takes place, let's see what will it conclude!

Joe: Hey Steve! How are you man? I have been here over Bitcointalk lately but I think that things have changed a lot, eh!?

Steve: Hi Joe! Yes, you are right! Things have changed a lot over this forum for various reasons like stopping spam, making users work on their posts at higher levels by putting them under radar, letting them work on their quality to gain merits to become higher in Rank.

Joe: Oh! (With a sigh) Don't you think that this is somehow an injustice to us? I mean, to reach higher ranks with merits is just as impossible for me as walking from Washington DC to New York! Don't you think that this is something not good for the new users?

Steve: Ummm, no! Not at all! I believe that after seeing the increased level of shitposts spewed out by many users containing nothing but a 1-2 lines (or sometimes, even words) of garbage, done under the "intoxication" of making too much money compared to what they earn in their 3rd World country as a salary, this step is a harder one in lieu of making this forum a much better, beautiful place where people like you, should come and learn with the best answers and not just try to find out of those 1000s of shitposts that contain nothing but the same ODL thing told again and again. I really wish this would have been injected already since the beginning of the forum, we may have had this place to be one of the best sources to gain the highest amount of knowledge about Bitcoins! And no, it's not that hard to gain merits if you gather some basic knowledge about the technology and start helping others. Even some good people on the forum are here to help you by giving merits to your posts that deserve it.

Joe: Ah! I'm not so convinced yet, Steve! Tell me something more, man.

Steve: Sure, why not! Let me give you an example here:
Take Bitcoins for instance. It was started as an initiative by Satoshi to let people rule their finances their way without the interference of any third party.
It was worth less than a penny once, tell me Joe did it reach this level immediately that it holds ATM? No, right?
It took years before it went mainstream and people understood the concept behind, many take it as a get rich quick scheme, others trade it as an asset but what's the purpose of this crypto?
To let users send money to their loved ones with any intermediaries and send it for least fees and make it reach to the receivers at a go! Everything takes time, and I believe that forum didn't have such rules before because it was not giving any opportunities in the start (as it was just the beginning). But this has now become a home for many users who either earn Bitcoins as their side income or their full time salary. So, when comes earnings, comes competition! And this is what's created by the admin to stop all the SPAM that's eating out the credibility of the forum. If even 10% of users like you understand what is behind this harsh step, you will surely gain way too much than those 90% who will always spew out negativity and bullshit if they witness anything new.
CHANGE is the rule, you need to ACCEPT it and you will always be happy.

Joe: Hey! That's a nice explanation! I'll watch out for my posts to be well-worthy against those who just spam for some pennies (like those bounty guys) and those who only post for the purpose of making money (even if they don't deserve to be in the list due to their low-quality posts). I've understood the reason behind this step and I'm all up and learning more and more, will contribute to the best of my understanding towards the good of the forum and will also appreciate others who will do the same way (by giving them merits if I earn any), and draw spammers' attention towards following these rules to become good posters in their near future and understand the seriousness this thing holds in itself.

Moral: Well, it's not just a debate but a matter of understanding, that things change over time and acceptance is the only alternative we have.
Barking our mouths off and trying to outplay the rules by going against them, breaking by spamming will get you nothing but trouble.
Learn a lot, try to understand everything before posting because such things will surely help you improve, improvement is what is needed if you are not getting merits!
I'm not trying to make this too serious, but this will become serious over time. So, it's better if you understand this well before, and start taking steps to IMPROVE yourself.

It's your choice now, whether you want to be one of those 10% who will listen to me and move forward into the mode of advancement, or you want to be one of those 90% who will always keep complaining about the system instead of going on with what's there already. Think about it, choose wisely!
