The offer is too good to be true if it's too good to be true there's a hidden agenda on it, people should do diligent research when trading online, especially if you are trading peer to peer and not on a company, an escrow should fix a peer to peer if you are going to trade in a personality that does not have feedback.
and I have also been fooled by it.
If you have been fooled by him, means that you have lost some money so you can post your evidence to make your accusation looks more valid.

Beware for an international scammer, he offers exchange of money or gift cards to BTC /or altcoin at a lower rate than other exchanges.
