I don't know the rules about opening a bank account in Italy for who doesn't live here, but with the Superflash (I know this one well because I own one) you can for sure generate virtual credit cards, and you can also decide if you want them to be used just one time or you can decide their limits (in terms of months of validity and maximum amount of money per transaction). I'm pretty sure this works also with other cards issued by Intesa SanPaolo (this is true also for the other features described in this post).
With the Superflash card you can make also SEPA wire transfers (but no international wire) and direct recharges of your and other's people cards.
If you want mobile support, this card does that pretty well: there's a mobile site available for every kind of device, and an app made for iPhone and android users. On every site of this bank the access is managed by your identification number, your pin number, and the random-generated number of the o-key.

Please try to be more specific.
What exactly do you need to know about Italian banking ?

My purpose money transfer from the account into the account, creation of virtual cards for safe work on the Internet, replenishment of mobile accounts and etc.

I don't think there exists any Italian bank offering virtual cards, in any case it's quite hard to open an account without being resident (maybe it's different for corporate accounts but I'm not sure about that)

- Money transfers
- Virtual (credit/debit) cards
- mobile services

Are all VERY heavily regulated sectors in Italy, you need a lot of paperworks with the government/authorities to operate

And i suppose the bank would want you to e 100% regular before opening an account.

Unless you want to operate in Italy with a foreign (e.g. Russian) entity. Then it's a different situation, but I'm sorry I can't really help you here

Even though it is still not clear to me what you want to do with italian banks, you might want to give a look at www.fineco.it and others banks already suggested in this thread by other italian users.
It looks like english is not your first language... I hope you can deal with italian, because the majority of italian bank web sites are italian language only.

Should you need further info, feel free to ask.

The best Bank in Italy is BancaSella. Was the first bank that migrated all services on internet when another bank start telephone services only. And it's a founder of ABI (Italian Banks Association). Simple web interface, you really can do all from there.

If it's the internet banking what you need, then more or less all italian banks give this service.
Some of them have a good internet banking, some not that good.

Hope this helps.

P.S. Not sure if we can continue to discuss in english here as this is supposed to be an italian language only section.
