If you're connecting to a mining pool offsite(probably), you are only receiving block headers from the pool. Block headers are incredibly small and it would take milli seconds to get the headers to your miner. The only thing that matters is the latency.

When I tried mining a few years ago my Internet became noticeable slower, I am just stating what I observed.

16MB connection is sufficient.

But you should have 1 more internet service server connection as you have problem with the internet , you can easily turn them to second modem. Wink

Me and my husband are bitcoiners so we need to provide an internet connections for our work.We spend 90 pesos here in my country per 7 days.And it also depends where do you use your internet connection either in mining or trading.

If you taken the broadband connection to your location where you want set up that would be far enough to start the mining process. Your profit will be according to the hash power bro and your miner will mine the bitcoin according to hash rate your cards or ASIC hardwares producing it.

If you have unlimited data option from your network you are purchasing that would be affordable enough to have it.

I think this depends on the size of the network as well as the size of the block you are mining. Take a look at the blockchain and see the size of the blocks. You should be able to work it out then with a difficulty calculator and the size of each block.

Approximately S9 antminer farm devices consumes data allocation of 2 to 6 mb per hour which is pretty low if you have a decent Internet connection from a good ISP with a fiber connection so mathematically speaking the total amount you consume every month with 100 units in operation actively in real-time is more or less 5 GB per month, it's not a problem if you have a good plan or contract with your Internet provider but if you want to cut some of the bandwidth allocation, set up your own proxy.

If I was to have a S9 miner farm with 100 Units operating.

If this was to run 24 X 7 for a 30 day month.

What would be the following.

Bandwith in MBit per second connection requirement?

Monthly GB data usage to run the operation?

I am sure this is a simple problem to solve?
