(using a link on this one so thread isn't cluttered with screenshots)

nogleg.com/88.82.70.156.jpg

I watched for about 3 minutes and the only one hitting port 21320 was that one netherlands IP, 80.82.70.156.  If he/she stumbled across over 1000 honeypots w/ that crap, must have went through hundreds of thousands of websites.  Oh, and Venezuela got carpet bombed

https://isc.sans.edu/port.html?port=21320

i've been surprised that Russia is usually far down the list...  my earlier screenshot was abnormal, w/ Russia at #1.  Russians too srs to mess with random phishing.

ed: i just turned it on again... and actually saw a coordinated botnet attack!  nogleg.com/stlouis.jpg  omg, mexico getting involved nogleg.com/mexico.jpg ... ah, much more entertaining when an actual attack is taking place nogleg.com/kodered.jpg

Africa insignificant, except for a point near the nigerian coast.

Any idea of what is that? The Nigerian Prince's base of operation?

Why must they attack Canada ;-;

Cool site! It's fun to watch all the things happening, in assumed real time.

I'm going to go study this some more, it's a really cool concept!

a. east coast of TX refines most oil in USA no attacks yeah sure
b. all the military first strike stuff in alaska no attacks yeah sure
c. polar military bases no attacks yeah sure

Clueless strike info

As i said earlier if you read the thread, the system operates on a bunch of honeypots.
Check that you have enough information before you rag on something.

I saw this ages ago, its great!
What is is is Norse have a bunch of honeypots and they track attacks on the site DEFCON/War Games style, its really quite awesome and pretty to look at.
Its mostly china targeting the US though and you see a few attacks against other countries but they all seem to stem from third world attacking first world.

I think a lot are relatively harmless (people entering wrong IPs or maybe just someone scanning a range of IPs or something like that)... but every once in a while you'll see 5+ from the same IP, those are probably srs bsns...  I saw one string of about 50+ from Russia, that was probably VRY srs bsns
